What we collect

When you book a table or join the waitlist — online or by phone — we collect your name, mobile phone number, party size, and the date and time of your visit. If you tell us about an allergy or a seating request, we record that so we can serve you better.

How we use it

• To hold and manage your table reservation or waitlist spot.
• To contact you about that reservation or waitlist spot — for example, to text you when your table is ready, to confirm or remind you of a booking, or to check in if you are running late.
• To recognise you as a returning guest and honour your preferences.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your reservation or waitlist status. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation — call us to change or cancel a booking.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and SMS consent — with any third party for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our reservation and messaging system (for example, our text-messaging provider), and only to the extent needed to provide that service to you.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and guest records for as long as needed to run the restaurant and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
